For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued if Global Dream has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 7 days of the subscription. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this Global Dream may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:

- You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem.
- 7 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by Global Dream.

For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
1. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your service. An email or phone request to cancel to our Support Team is a must and you must receive a confirmation from our Sales manager on the date of cancellation.
2. All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use.
3. Global Dream reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any special reason at any time.
For the cancellation of service plan with Global Dream customers are required to contact Server Tech helpdesk number at +1-325-270-721 for United States, send an email at response@serverinfotek.com after 7 Days from the date of making payment to Global Dream till the next 150 Days with a proper genuine reason. After the service cancellation request from the customer Global Dream will analysis how far the service has been provided to the particular customer. Customer will have to state the proper reason to decline the services. On the basis of service provided to the customer, the partial money will be deducted from customers total amount of subscription (amount paid by the customer for the particular service plan) made by customer and the remaining balance amount will be credited to customers account within 7 working days. Customer will be sent an email from Server Tech as a confirmation of service cancellation on their registered email ID.
